D&B Legal Services, Inc first began operations in May of 2003. Providing service of process and Investigative Services for the entire Kansas City region.

The founders Bill and Dee Powell, having over 30 years of experience in the legal field, noticed a need in the legal community for a quality attorney support firm. They have grown the company to include a full service Investigative Team, Service of Process and a Full Service Courier Team. We provide Nationwide Service of Process and in some cases International Service of Process. At D&B Legal Services, Inc we specialize in making each client feel like they are our only client. We are very flexible to the clients needs and wants and our goal is to help you move your case along in the justice system.

In 2024 James Hannah and Samantha Powell, both longtime employees of D&B Legal Services, Inc., acquired the company from Bill and Dee Powell and did a small rebrand to D&B Legal Service, LLC and refocused the operations of the company to provide quality Service of Process and Courier Service.
